As already stated in the rules, you will have a choice of race, 7 +20 bonuses to your skill levels, and a choice of starting point (specify province and city). I will not ask u to specify ur history or personality, though I won't forbid it either. you are almost garunteed to be accepted as long as I don't receive any abuse complaints from other members. Please do however, leave a description of the characters height, weight, skin colour, eye colour, hair colour and length, and gender.
